Wax Loft is a minority and woman-owned private beauty studio located in the Alphabet District of Northwest Portland. We proudly offer body waxing, beauty and skin treatment services to women, men, trans, queer, non-binary persons and persons of all ages, colors, shapes, and sizes. As a small business with a passion for making others feel beautiful in the skin they’re in, we prioritize quality, comfort, building trust and meaningful relationships with our clients, and providing above-and-beyond service for ✨EVERY✨ body.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A 24 hour notice is mandatory to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you cancel or reschedule in less than 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the total cost of your service(s). ✦ LATE ARRIVALS ✦ We offer a 5 minute grace period. If you think you may be late to your appointment, please contact your provider ASAP - we may be able to make it work! If we do not hear from you within the 5 minute period, you will have to reschedule and you will be charged 50% of the total cost of your service(s). ✦ NO-CALL NO-SHOWS ✦ If you no-call no-show your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the total cost of your service(s). ✦ DECLINED PAYMENTS ✦ If the card on file is declined when a cancellation fee, late fee, or no-call no-show fee is charged, you will be banned from booking until your card has been updated and your balance has been paid in full. ✦ REFUNDS ✦ No refunds are given. If you are unsatisfied with a service you received at Wax Loft, please contact Kaitlyn directly at (503) 207-8072 to discuss your concerns and she will happily assist you with finding a solution! ✦ For safety and sanitary precautions, no animals, children, or extra visitors are allowed in the studio during your appointment. ✦ Please do not arrive early to your appointment. We may be wrapping up with another client, cleaning up, or setting up for your appointment. ✦ When you arrive at your scheduled appointment time, please gently knock on the door. Our cozy studio is a storefront business on a busy street, and our door is locked at all times.

Hello! I am the Lead Esthetician and Owner of Wax Loft. I specialize in Brazilian waxing for all genders and was the first esthetician in Portland to offer advanced vajacial services. Over the last 8 years of my career as an esthetician, I have had the pleasure of perfecting my craft on a beautifully diverse range of clients. One of the main reasons I love what I do is that it has allowed me to meet so many wonderful, unique, and amazing people!
Savannah Untalan
Hello! My name is Savannah and I have been an esthetician for 9+ years. I graduated from the Aveda Institute going through the full cosmetology program but found my passion in the spa room. I have worked in multiple waxing chains throughout the years, perfecting my skills and have learned different techniques to accommodate all skin and hair types. I have had the pleasure not only providing excellent service to clients, but also being able to make genuine connections as well and making it a fun waxing experience!
